Helpful things to include

• For a bug: what you did, what you expected, what happened, and your device and browser. A screenshot helps a lot.
• For wrong charges or rates: the segment, and if possible your broker’s contract note figures (hide your client ID).
• For ideas: the problem you’d like Tradyog to solve. Many features started as user suggestions.

What we can’t help with

We can’t give stock tips, trading calls or personal investment advice, and we can’t help with your broker account or orders; please contact your broker for those. Never share passwords, OTPs or bank details with anyone, including us.
