By using tradyog.com (“Tradyog”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. What Tradyog is
Tradyog provides free educational content and tools for traders, including a trading journal, calculators, a market clock, articles and games. The services are provided for information, education and personal record-keeping.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing on Tradyog is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative, commodity, currency or crypto asset. Tradyog doesn’t provide research reports, tips or trading calls, and is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Please consult a SEBI-registered adviser, chartered accountant or other qualified professional where appropriate.
3. Risk warning
Trading in securities, futures and options, commodities, currency derivatives and crypto assets involves substantial risk, and you can lose money. Past results, including results recorded in your journal or achieved in our games, don’t indicate future results.
4. Accuracy of tools and information
We work hard to keep charges, tax rates, market timings, holidays and other information accurate, but they can change and may contain errors. Calculator results are estimates. Prices, news and calendars are provided by third parties and may be delayed or unavailable. Always check your broker’s contract note and official exchange and government sources before relying on any figure.
5. Games and rewards
Tradyog’s games use virtual money only. Coins, XP, badges and scores are virtual, have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money or prizes, and may be reset. No payment is needed to play, and no real money is ever at stake.
6. Your data
Journal entries and settings are stored in your own browser. You are responsible for keeping backups using the download feature. We aren’t responsible for data lost when browser data is cleared, a device is changed or lost, or a browser stops supporting storage.
7. Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the site: for example, don’t try to disrupt, overload or hack it, copy it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. We may restrict access for anyone who does.
8. Third-party content and links
The site includes content and links from third parties, such as TradingView widgets and links to other websites. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for third-party content, services or policies.
9. Intellectual property
The Tradyog name, logo, design, articles, games and code belong to Tradyog. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with credit, but please don’t republish our content or design without permission.
10. No warranty and limitation of liability
Tradyog is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any losses, including trading losses, lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any information on it.
11. Changes
We may change these terms or the site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
